When will I receive my order?
All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority mail service. We will ship anywhere in the United States and Internationally. Domestic and International orders will be shipped 3-4 business days after your payment has been successfully processed We also accept P.O. Box address orders. We will notify you via email or phone in cases of back order or out-of-stock items.

What are my payment Options?
The most convenient way to purchase our products is on our website via our secured shopping cart. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal, using Debit or Credit Card payment. You must provide the precise physical address in order to ensure accurate delivery of your package(s). The Mobley’s Gate Garbage, Inc (MGG) will not be responsible for shipping charges or shipping costs incurred on returned or undeliverable packages.

Am I being charged sales tax?
Only Illinois residents are charged sales tax on this web site. The current sales tax is 9.75%.

What is your refund/exchange policy?
Our commitment to you is that the parts and workmanship of your new Glam Can merchandise will be free of defects for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. Should you discover a manufacturing defect in your merchandise during the warranty period, we will gladly replace it. Just send an email with your contact information and a brief description of the defect to: contactus@theglamcan.com.

All non-operable Glam Can products that are under warranty can be returned to our facility for inspection. MGG will either repair or replace the product at no charge. All products must be installed and/or used as advised in our literature and instruction information. MGG disclaims any liability for product defect claims that are due to product misuse, improper product selection or misapplication.

We cannot be responsible for shipping charges incurred for returning your merchandise.
